Roles and Responsibilities 01

MIS Reporting

  • Responsible for monitoring and data reporting of progress in the form of dashboards, progress monitoring report, Daily progress report to the management, client and other stakeholders.
  • Working with the planning team in preparation and updating of the forthcoming plan for the project and monitoring the actual progress and shortfall analysis with respect to plan.

Profit & Loss Analysis/ Daily Progress Review

  • Analysis of Profit and Loss (P&L) statement for each month.
  • Reconciliation of Detailed Project Report (DPR), preparation of Work in Progress (WIP) statement & other monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports for management review
  • Circulation of Monthly MIS, P&L analysis report to management review. Cost control and preparation of cash flow statements
  • Controlled budget and establishment of company efficiency policies to maximize profits

Roles and Responsibilities 02

Claims / Delay Analysis

  • Assisting in cost claim for prolonged suspension due to force majeure.
  • MIS reports, risk & delay analysis, earned value analysis

Risk and Cost assessment

  • Wastage statements and reconciliation of materials. 
  • Monitoring the consumption of materials with respect to theoretical and actual quantities
  • Responsible for cost analysis with respect to budget for vendor cost booking in SAP and highlighting the impacts of loss and savings with respect to budgeted values. 
  • Responsible for monthly reconciliation of major material viz. concrete and reinforcement to access the wastage scenario in it
  • Responsible for analyzing the various risks associated with the project and discussion for the mitigation for the risks for the project.
  • Analysis of material consumption, equipment & manpower for norms for the work to be executed & already executed.
  • Material reservations in SAP-ERP and physical stock verification

Education Qualifications

Educational Essential:Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Educational Desirable: Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, PGDM - NICMAR

Computer Software Proficiency

MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point

Experience Range

Minimum 12 to 16 Years of experience in as Manager – MIS Underground Metro, Elevated Metro, Bridges Projects.

Work Environment

Mostly working at site office and occasional visit to HO. Closely working with Project Director, Project Manager, Finance department and carrying out the desired roles and responsibilities. May require working extended hours. Requires Mathematical skills, on spot calculation capacity. Should be able to manage stress & turbulent situation.
