Key Objective of the Job Position

Overseeing internal processes related to various Human Resource Support Services like Employee Onboarding, Confirmation, Transfers, Separation, HR MIS and new HR digitization initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities 01

Human Resource – Management Information System (MIS)

  • Sending Consolidated Manpower Cost and Count Report to all Business Unit Heads, Project Controllers, Project Managers and HR Business Unit Coordinators
  • Ensuring that the data of Management and Non-management manpower is getting reflected on HR MIS Dashboard.

Roles and Responsibilities 02

Support to BU HR Coordinators for Recruitment

  • Ensuring that:

A. CVs of all candidates interviewed for various positions (Shared by respective BU HR Coordinators) are updated in SAP Success Factor timely

B. Interview call letters are sent to candidates without delay

C. Offer letters, online onboarding links are prepared / created and sent to the candidates timely

D. Joining intimation is sent to all respective sites immediately after issuing the offer letter

E. Review of employee onboarding details are done before their joining

F. Documentation process is completed on immediately after joining the employees (For Head Office joining)

G. Hiring action to be done after the successful completion of onboarding form and review of joining documents

H. Employee’s hiring and entered records in SAP are thoroughly checked and corrected (if any discrepancies are there)

I. Personnel file (Hard copy) of new joinee is created

J. Personnel file is sent to the godown and scanned for digital copy of Personnel File"

Roles and Responsibilities 03

Transfer and MOPs
•Ensuring that:

A. All the Transfer Requests must have desired approvals

B. Transfer letters are issued on time

C. SAP Transfer Reports are maintained regularly

D. Regular follow up is done for MOPs (Movement of Personnel)"

•Transfer action in SAP on time

Confirmation Process

  • Ensuring that:

A. Confirmation Forms are created on time

B. Regular follow up for confirmation forms are done

C. Confirmation action is updated in SAP

Employee Separation                  

  • Ensuring that:

A. Employee exit forms are filled and submitted

B. Separation action is updated in SAP on time

C. Employee full and final is prepared and sent to accounts department for payment"

  • Undertaking proactive measures for Self-development and Subordinate Development.

  • Striving for excelling Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities on the given job roles for completions of assigned tasks.
  • Ensuring open communication with superiors and subordinates for work related and personal grievances.
  • Expansion of technical skills through continuing education courses and outside seminars and webinars.
  • Identifying Leaning Need Areas and nominating self and subordinates for appropriate Training Programs.

Education Qualifications

Educational Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering + MBA 
Educational Desirable: Certificate Courses in HR Analytics / HR Automation / SAP etc.

 

Computer Software Proficiency

MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point, SAP 

Experience Range

10-15 years of experience in Human Resources

Work Environment

Shall be stationed at Head office. Essential functions are performed in an open office setting with low ambient noise. Job demands may require long periods of sitting; telephone work and/or computer work, as well as interactions with other team Audit team members and external Auditors. Would require high level of Attention to detailing. May be required to work for extended hours.
