Roles and Responsibilities 01

Legal Risk Management 

• Securing compliance of business operations with relevant laws and regulations
• Anticipating and managing the (legal) risks connected with or resulting from the business strategy and operations.
• Applying effective risk management techniques and offering proactive advice on possible legal issues.
• Providing clarification on legal issues or specifications to the organization.

Effective handling of pending Criminal, Civil, Accident cases etc. 

• Providing regular updates on various cases and briefing to management and advocates for further course of action.
• Drafting and solidifying agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights.
• Effective speed disposal of pending case in expedite manner.
• Dealing with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces
• Effective coordination with Advocates, Consultants etc.

Education Qualifications

Educational Essential: Bachelor’s Degree (LLB)
Educational Desirable: LL.M 

Computer Software Proficiency

MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point

Experience Range

Minimum 2 to 15 years of experience in Legal Matters and Court cases
