Billing

• Assisting Site to submit Advance Bank Guaranty (ABG), Performance Bank Guaranty (PBG), RBG, Insurance as per the contract conditions.
• Assisting Site to submit Advance Bank Guaranty (ABG), Performance Bank Guaranty (PBG), RBG, Insurance as per the contract conditions.

Work Order processing

• Preparing Item Rate Analysis, getting it approved from the Quantity Survey In-charge / Project Manager.

Assist in reconciliation of work completed vs. payment

• Preparation of monthly reconciliation of work performed by Subcontractor / Piece Rate Contractor and payment received from client.

Provide support to the QS function

• Preparation and submission of monthly liability statements to accounts after approval from Quantity Survey In-charge / Project Manager

• Quantity Survey / Billing activities (Client Billing and subcontract billing) of Road Works, Earthworks, Bituminous / Asphalt / Dense Bituminous Macadam (DBM) Road, Dry Lean Concrete (DLC), Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC) Works, Subbase / Base, Finishing of Shoulder, Traffic Signs, Road Marking, Metal Beam Crash barriers, Drainage and Protective Works, Reinforcement Cement Concrete (RCC) Retaining Walls, Gabion Walls, Breast Walls, Stone Pitching for Slopes, Bridges and Viaducts.
• Quantity Survey / Billing activities (Client Billing and subcontract billing) of Road Works, Earthworks, Bituminous / Asphalt / Dense Bituminous Macadam (DBM) Road, Dry Lean Concrete (DLC), Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC) Works, Subbase / Base, Finishing of Shoulder, Traffic Signs, Road Marking, Metal Beam Crash barriers, Drainage and Protective Works, Reinforcement Cement Concrete (RCC) Retaining Walls, Gabion Walls, Breast Walls, Stone Pitching for Slopes, Bridges and Viaducts.

RA Bills

• Preparation of RA bills reconciliation with respect to certified RA Bill (Statement of Claims Vs Certified), Identification of withheld quantity and deduction by client.

Key Objective of the Job Position

To ensure timely preparation of client and Subcontractor (SC) / Piece Rate Workmen (PRW) bills, reconciliation statements (work completed and material), and liability statements

Education Qualifications

Educational Essential: BE or B-Tech- Civil Engineering

Educational Desirable: PGDM- NICMAR

Computer Software Proficiency

MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point, Knowledge of SAP System

Experience Range

Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in Quantity Survey function at projects involving Road Works, Earthworks, Bituminous / Asphalt / Dense Bituminous Macadam (DBM) Road, Dry Lean Concrete (DLC), Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC) Works, Subbase / Base, Finishing of Shoulder, Traffic Signs, Road Marking, Metal Beam Crash barriers, Drainage and Protective

Work Environment

Mostly office job and occasional visit to sites. Required to work on computers for long hours and pay great attention to detail. Should be able to handle stress well. May need to work extra hours to ensure that the projects meet their deadlines. May need to travel to work sites at domestic or overseas location. Deal & convince all types of people (Including labour to Project Manager, client & Subcontractor)
