Ensuring Sub Contractor / PRW Billing
- Ensuring timely preparation of monthly bills for Subcontractor / Piece Rate Contractor
- Ensuring checks of all measurements logged on the monthly bill at site-by-site engineer or section in charge.
- Ensuring correct logging of cost codes.
- Obtaining approval for monthly bill and no claim certificate after final bill
Ensuring submission of liability and reconciliation statements
- Ensuring timely submission of liability statements. Ensuring that the liability statements accurately covers the achieved work
- Timely submission of material reconciliation statements and statements accounting for wastage.
- Reconciliation of work executed and amount to be paid to Subcontractor / Piece Rate Workmen (PRW)
Roles and Responsibilities 03
Specialized Roles and Responsibilities for billing activities of Water Supply Projects
- Quantity Survey / Billing activities (Client Billing and Subcontract billing) of Ground Water Supply Projects, Surface Water Supply Projects, Water Treatment Plants, Tube well, Intakes RCC Buildings, Water Reservoirs (Overhead and Surface), HDPE / MS / DI / PVC Pipe laying, Transmission Lines, Irrigation, Pump House and House Service Connections.
- Getting validations from Project Manager, Construction Manager, Section In charges, QA/QC Incharge, Personnel & Admin In charge and Accounts Manager before submission the bills to client and clearing the bills of subcontractors.
- Providing support to the contracts section while submitting the claims / extension of time.

Key Objective of the Job Position
To undertake timely and accurate billing of subcontractors and piece rate workers, ensure proper measurement of work completed and realization of the same from the client
Education Qualifications
Educational Essential: BE/B-Tech- Civil Engineering
Educational Desirable: PGDM- NICMAR - QS
Computer Software Proficiency

Experience Range
