Roles and Responsibilities 01
- Translate documents such as contracts, reports, specifications, and correspondence from English to French and vice versa.
- Interpret verbal communications accurately during meetings, negotiations, and site visits.
- Assist in preparing bilingual presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Provide language support to project teams, including on-site translation services as needed.
- Conduct research and maintain terminology databases to ensure consistency and accuracy in translations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that translated materials meet the company's standards and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry-specific terminology and trends to enhance translation quality and relevance.

- Undertaking proactive measures for Self-development and Subordinate Development.
- Ensuring Role Clarity, Targets, Key Result Areas (KRAs) are set and discussed with Superiors.
- Striving for excelling Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities on the given job roles for completions of assigned tasks.
- Ensuring open communication with subordinates for work related and personal grievances.
- Expansion of technical skills through continuing education courses, outside seminars and webinars.
- Identifying Leaning Need Areas and nominating subordinates for appropriate Training Programs.
Key Objective of the Job Position
- Facilitating clear communication between English-speaking team members and French-speaking stakeholders in the construction company. By providing precise translations of documents, meetings, and communications, the translator ensures everyone understands project requirements, progress, and objectives.
Education Qualifications
Essential: Any Bachelor’s Degree (Regular) / Diploma in French
Desirable: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in French
Computer Software Proficiency
MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point
Experience Range
Minimum 5 Years of Experience in French Translation
