Roles and Responsibilities 01

Annual Budget & Audits

• Actual cost audits for various jobs.
• Active participation in forming, monitoring & amending MIS time to time.
• Coordination with multiple projects from Head Office (HO) for various HO support about resources.
• Preparing annual budget with detailed back up for all the costs for each job at the start of the financial year.

Cash Flow Statement, Profit and Loss Statement

• Monitoring & presenting the status of annual budget to management monthly/quarterly.
• Preparation of prestart budget, monitoring and cost analysis of the project.
• Cash flow statement, profit & loss statement of the project.
• Forecasting monthly cost.
• Analysis of cost variances for the project.

Roles and Responsibilities 02

Project Risk / Cost Monitoring

• Controlling the project cost within budget and monitoring of cash flow.
• Assisting in preparation of productivity report for manpower and factory productivity analysis.
• Assisting in preparation of reconciliations for material and monitor waste percentage.
• Project risk analysis – Identify, evaluate and working out mitigation plan on various risks & opportunities by using active risk management tool.
• Financial implication analysis of various activities on job. Developed various tools and reports like – Project dashboard, batch plant dashboard, labour cost analysis, CAPEX analysis etc.
• Monitoring projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, cost over-runs and quality compliance to ensure execution of projects within the cost parameters.
• Wastage statements and reconciliation of materials. 
• Monitoring the consumption of materials with respect to theoretical and actual quantities
• Responsible for cost analysis with respect to budget for vendor cost booking in SAP and highlighting the impacts of loss and savings with respect to budgeted values.
• Responsible for monthly reconciliation of major material viz. concrete and reinforcement to access the wastage scenario in it

Education Qualifications

Btech in Civil Engineering.

Computer Software Proficiency

MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point

Work Environment

Mostly working at corporate office and occasional visit to project sites. Closely working with Project Controller, Finance department in carrying out the desired roles and responsibilities. May require working extended hours. Requires Mathematical skills, on spot calculation capacity. Should be able to manage stress & turbulent situation.
