  • Preparation of Master and Micro Schedules.
  • Preparation of project budgeting, costing.
  • Tracking and analyzing gap analysis
  • Resource Identification, allocation & Leveling, Productivity analysis
  • Coordination with Sub contractors
  • Contractual correspondences with client
  • Preparation and approval of various contractual claims
  • Preparation of rate analysis for extra items and approval from client
  • Preparation of Material procurement schedule as per baseline program.
  • Monitoring the progress and plan for shortfall as per Key Dates achievement.
  • Planning and Scheduling using Primavera P6

Salary: INR 9,00,000 - 19,00,000 PA.
